Flaxseed for Hot Flashes??

Did you know that a small study has reported that eating 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed twice daily cut women’s hot flashes in half. The intensity of the hot flashes also dropped by 57%. It took only one week before women started to notice a difference and the maximum improvement was seen by just two weeks. The great thing is there’s just no downside to eating this “superfood.”
It’s recommended that you grind the flaxseed yourself (DON”T BUY PRE-GROUND!!) in order to receive these health benefits as the components are not stable. Keep it no longer than one week.
